The challenge

What was broken.

A 17-truck HVAC operator scheduled jobs on a whiteboard in the dispatcher's office. When the dispatcher was sick, the day fell apart. Techs called in for each next job, paperwork was filled out at the end of shift in the parking lot, and parts ordering happened the next morning. The owner could not grow the business without first growing the dispatcher.

Calendar view of all 17 trucks. Drag-and-drop to reassign. Customer history one click away. ETA pings to customers automatic.

Mobile tech app: photos, parts, signatures, time-on-site

Techs check in on arrival, photograph the work, scan part numbers, capture customer signature, and clock out. All synced live to the office, available to the dispatcher within seconds.

Parts requested mid-job, picked overnight

When a tech requests a part during a job, it lands in the parts queue immediately. The next morning the parts coordinator pulls everything in one batch instead of one-by-one calls.

We added three trucks and our dispatcher works less than before. I do not think we would have been able to grow without this system.
