This Privacy Policy describes how Pinnacle Codes, LLC, a subsidiary of Smart Technology Plus, LLC (“Pinnacle Codes,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, and shares information about you when you visit our website, contact us, or use our services. 1. Who we are

Pinnacle Codes is a custom software development firm headquartered at 803 Kenilworth Blvd, Suite #221, Kenilworth, NJ 07033. We design and build web applications, mobile apps, AI integrations, and cloud solutions for clients across the United States.

  • Information from third parties: account information from services like Google or Microsoft if you choose to sign in through them, and payment information from Stripe when you pay an invoice.

3. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and provide the services you request.
  • Send you invoices, project updates, and other transactional messages.
  • Improve our website, services, and customer experience.
  • Send marketing communications, where you have opted in.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in these limited cases:

  • With service providers who help us operate (hosting, payment processing, email delivery, analytics). These providers are contractually bound to protect your information and use it only on our behalf.

No system is perfectly secure, but we take security seriously and continuously improve our practices.

9. Children's privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, contact us and we will delete it.

10. International transfers

We are based in the United States and our service providers may be located in other countries. If you access our services from outside the U.S., your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in countries with different data protection laws than yours. We take steps to ensure your information receives an adequate level of protection wherever it is processed.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated policy on this page and update the “Last updated” date. For material changes, we will provide additional notice (for example, email or a prominent notice on our website).
