Build a custom CRM, or use HubSpot/Salesforce?

Default to a configured Salesforce or HubSpot - they cover 80% of teams well. Build custom when your sales process is genuinely unique, when platform costs are crushing you, or when you need deep integration that the platforms can't support.

How long does CRM migration take?

Data migration: 2 - 4 weeks for clean datasets, longer if there's deduplication and consolidation work. Full implementation including process redesign and training: 8 - 16 weeks typically.

Will reps actually use it?

Only if it makes their job easier. We design from the rep's daily workflow first, executive dashboards second. Adoption is the metric, not features delivered.

What about AI in the CRM?

Useful for call summarization, drafting follow-up emails, and surfacing accounts that need attention. Less useful for replacing judgment about which deals to push. We help you spot which is which.
